Send a locally-made greeting card to support Arts Alive!

Discover and share what is proudly made in the Monadnock Region - locally-made eco-friendly greeting cards! Purchasing cards from Tree Free Greetings, an Arts Alive! member, is now a great way to support our organization and a great local creative business.

Card stores like the ones run by Hallmark have vanished. People used to send cards when telephones and mail were the only means we had of keeping in touch with others. Enter concerns about felled rainforests and other environmental problems with paper, as well as the rise of digital communications. Many of us found it easier to quickly post a ‘happy birthday’ message on social media and move on with the day.

How many of us send a heartfelt thank you on a carefully chosen card anymore? After nearly a year of relying on computers to connect with co-workers, family, and friends, wouldn’t you just love to send a postal embrace to someone special with an arty card? And wouldn’t you just love to see a hug in your mailbox? Sending a greeting card feels good - especially a vibrant, artsy, funny greeting card can bring sunshine and a smile and make any day feel like an occasion for the receiver.
